A Daily Method Of Operation = Massive Success

Components of a Network Marketing DMO

To be successful in network marketing you need to take consistent daily action doing the right activities. Following is an outline of the important activities.

1. Personal development

This crucial first step involves nurturing the right mindset to handle the challenges and rejections of network marketing.

  • Grow your mindset: Read books, listen to podcasts, or watch videos about personal growth and business strategy.

  • Gain product belief: Use your own products daily to build genuine passion and credibility.

  • Watch LiveGood Zoom Replays:

    • product livestreams

    • network marketing training

    • Thursday Cut-Off Zooms

    • Friday Rank Recognition and Training

2. Prospecting

This is the process of sharing your network marketing opportunity with your family and friends. Some people feel uncomfortable contacting their family and friends. In a previous blog post I wrote about four great reasons why you owe it to the people you know to share your opportunity with them. Click here to read it now

There is another objection I requently hear from people "I don't know what to say." In a previous post I break down a simple texting method you can use to share your new opportunity. Two Texts Per Day Will Make You Financially Free

3. Presentation

After connecting with a prospect, you must present the information about your product or business in a clear and compelling way.

  • Invite prospect to the Thursday Cut-Off Zoom: Allow the LiveGood leaders to do the presenting for you. You don't want to become a presenter because then your prospects will think they have to be a presenter too. If they can't make it live send them a link to one of the many Thursday Cut-Off Zooms.

4. Follow-up

Following up with interested prospects is often where the sale or recruitment happens. It moves a contact toward a decision.

  • Track your conversations: Create a system to keep track of who you have contacted and when you need to reach out again.

  • Schedule follow-ups: Consistently follow up with your list of prospects to see if they reviewed the information you sent.

In a previous post entitled The Big Money Is In The Follow-Up

I explain how to follow-up and how to overcome the most common objections.

5. Team building and training

In network marketing, success is also about building a strong team. A good DMO includes time dedicated to supporting your recruits.

  • Conduct check-ins: Schedule time to call or message your team members to check on their progress and offer support.

  • Share best practices: Teach your team to follow a simple DMO so they can duplicate your success.

  • Scan your back office: You are looking for people who are active, give them a call and congratulate and encourage them to keep up the good work.

Customizing your DMO

You can tailor your DMO to fit your lifestyle and goals. The key is to commit to a routine you can consistently perform, whether that is for 60 minutes a day or several hours.

For example, a busy part-timer might allocate time differently than someone building a six-figure business:

  • Part-timer's DMO (30–60 minutes):

    • Prospecting (15 min): Contact two new people.

    • Follow-up (15 min): Connect with two existing leads.

    • Personal Growth (15 min): Listen to a training podcast.

  • Full-timer's DMO (2+ hours):

    • Prospecting (45 min): Meet 5+ new people.

    • Presentation (30 min): Conduct a business overview or send a video.

    • Follow-up (30 min): Follow up with 5+ prospects and customers.

    • Team Building (30 min): Call and train downline members.

    • Personal Growth (30 min): Read or listen to a personal development book.

What You Can Expect To Happen

Imagine if you worked the part-timers DMO for 1 year. Inviting 2 people a day you will have invited 520 people to review your opportunity. Let's say you enroll just 1 out of 10 you will have enrolled 52 people.

Then let's say 25% of them follow your lead and do what you are doing that would lead to 13 people inviting 2 a day that would be

6760 people reviewing your opportunity. Now let's say 1 out of 10 of them join your team that would be 676 people and 25% of them duplicate what you are doing. That is 169 more people inviting 2 a day or 87,800 invites.... leading to many more joining.

I think you get the idea. This is the power of leveraged growth. You end up with potentially thousands of sales people. You have people joining your team that you don't even know.

My wish for you is that you become a network marketing professional and create and implement a Daily Mode of Operation because it will change your life forever. In 1 to 2 years you will create a residual income that will pay you for many years to come.
