Keep in mind following up is a process you walk your prospects through that leads to an outcome you and your prospect desire.


They want what your product or opportunity and you want them to have that. Most people want more money and better health. Your desire is to allow them to have it.

Concepts of the Following Up Process


  • Follow-up builds trust as you have done what you said you would do by getting back to them when you said you would
  • Each follow up leads you both closer to having what you desire
  • It takes an average of four to six exposures for someone to join
  • Condense the exposures for better results
  • Your going to get questions and objections

Common Objections

It is normal to get questions and objections and that is okay. These objections are usually based on their fear of not succeeding and being embarrassed.

About the Business/Industry:

  • "Is this a pyramid scheme?" > No pyramid schemes are illegal. We sell health and nutrition products that people buy all the time. Except ours are certified organic so they are better than what you can get at Walmart or The Vitamin Shoppe for about the same price.

  • "I've tried network marketing before and it didn't work." > Most people that join Network Marketing are brought in by a friend who hasn't been taught the skills it takes to succeed. I am a NWM professional and I will teach you the skills you need to succeed.

  • "I don't know many people." > Most people have 250 facebook friends and contacts in their phone. Right?

  • "Only people at the top make money." > That is why I am here to teach you how to get to the top.

  • "I don't want to bug my family and friends." > Flip that script because you are actually doing them a favor, because most people want to make more money, be their own boss, and live a healthier life. Right?

  • "I already have a good job." > Most people with good jobs would rather have a four year career than a fourty year career and work for themselves and live a freedom lifestyle sooner than later.

  • "I don't have the money." > $49.95 to start and $9.95 a month after that is to much money? Most people who truly want to build a successful business to secure their families future will find a way.

  • "I don't have the time." > If I could show you how to replace your income in the next year by working 3 to 5 hours a week would you want to know how?

About the Products/Services:

  • "That's too expensive!" > I never get this one because we have the highest certified organic products at prices that compare to Walmart or Amazon.

  • "I've never heard of your company." > Really, we have been in business since 2022, and have over a million members, and are doing $100,000,000 in annual sales.

  • "I'm not good at sales." > That's why I am here to teach you how to become a NWM professional. We don't sell we share information.

  • "How much do you make?" > I am doing okay, but its not about how much I make, its about how much you want to make and the amount of effort you're committed to putting in.

  • "I'm busy." > If I could show you how to replace your income in the next year by working 3 to 5 hours a week would you let me teach you how?

  • "I need to think about it." > What considerations do you need to think about? The investment? Your knowledge of the industry?

  • "I'm not sure I can handle this." > I know you can if you really want to, I'll teach you how.

When you have the skills to follow up and overcome objections, you will be an unstoppable Network Marketing Professional.
